  Called to get a motorcycle tire changed. I had the wheel off the bike, the new tire, everything ready to go. They told me it would be almost two weeks before they could get me in. Brought the wheel and new tire in on the Friday morning of my appointment (11am) and was told they'd call me when it was done. For anyone who doesn't know, this is a 10 minute job, max. By 4pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. They said they were really busy and hadn't had time to get to it, but it would be done the next day. The next day (Saturday) came and went, and I didn't get a call. Sunday they were closed, Monday and Tuesday I was busy and didn't really think about it. Wednesday was the day I had a friend coming over to help me replace my chain, a job which we needed the wheel on to do. At 2PM, I pulled in to the shop, assuming they had just forgotten to call. I went and asked for my wheel and was told it was scheduled for the next morning. 6 days, 5 of which they were open, after I had an appointment, and it still wasn't done. I collected my wheel and new tire and left. On the way home, I stopped at another shop, with no appointment, and 10 minutes later had my new tire installed. The employees themselves were pleasant and everything, and I think they did honestly feel bad, but there's really no excuse for that. If it's going to take that long, at least tell the customer to just drop it off, without an appointment, and that it might take a week or two. I won't be bringing anything here again, and since this incident I've heard from a few people that they've had similar experiences.
